Taylor

Taylor graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she honed her creative skills and developed a passion for interior design, merchandise, retail, and marketing. Currently, she applies her expertise to all aspects of these areas for Green-Eyed Devils K9. Her journey into dog training began while traveling the East Coast with her husband, Pat, which ignited her enthusiasm for the field. She subsequently pursued professional canine education through the NePoPo® Silver School certification, deepening her knowledge and skills. In addition to her professional pursuits, Taylor actively trains her sport dog, Layka, for Protection Sports of America. Her dedication to the canine community is further exemplified by her role on the board of the Diamondback PSA Club, where she contributes to the growth and development of the sport. Through her work, Taylor combines her artistic background with her commitment to canine training, fostering a holistic approach to dog care and education.

Pat

Pat served in the U.S. Army for 8.5 years, including two years as a multi-purpose canine handler. Following his military service, he pursued his passion for working dogs by traveling the East Coast with his wife, training under industry leaders to stay well-informed of advancements in the field. Pat holds several certifications, including K9 First Aid from Troops and Medi K9, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through North Carolina State University (College of Veterinary Medicine), Dog Emotion and Cognition Certification from Duke University, Nature Driven Nurture Foundations and Enrichment Certificates from Instinct, PSA Certified Decoy, Brown Belt Ranked Decoy through Deadpool Decoy, as well as an AKC Evaluator and IACP Professional Member.
